£135 for a suitable petrol or diesel vehicle at our Leicester workshop, OBD only. Mobile appointments are available for an extra £10-20 depending on job and distance. Bench maps are not included in this price.
Yes. We can come to your location for an extra £10-20 on top of the workshop price, depending on job and distance, or you can come to our Leicester workshop at the base rate. We cover Leicester and the surrounding area including Wigston, Oadby, Loughborough, Hinckley, Coalville and Market Harborough.

The £45 minimum attempted work charge applies if work has begun.
Yes. Enquire for pricing. Note that a DPF delete is not legal for use on public roads and will fail an MoT emissions check, this is entirely at the vehicle owner's own risk and responsibility.
Yes, ECU diagnostics are available as a standalone service, including fault code reading and live data checks. If you need diagnostics alongside a remap enquiry, ask and we'll quote separately.
No. Results depend on vehicle condition, software, mileage, and fuel quality.
No. Depends on driving style and vehicle state.
Yes. All warning lights, past or present, must be declared before booking.
Yes, remapping itself is legal. There's no law preventing modification of a vehicle's ECU. However the remapped vehicle must still comply with MoT emissions standards and Construction and Use Regulations. Removing or defeating emissions equipment (such as a DPF delete) is not legal for road use, even though we can carry out the work itself.
Yes, potentially. UK insurers generally expect performance modifications, including ECU remaps, to be declared. Failing to declare a remap can invalidate your policy, meaning a claim could be refused, including for accidents unrelated to the remap itself. Check your policy terms or speak to your insurer before booking. This is your responsibility, not ours.
It can. If your vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer may refuse to cover engine or drivetrain issues if they identify a remap, particularly if a fault is found to be linked to it. If your car is new or has a long warranty remaining, it's worth weighing this up before going ahead. We do not provide a warranty against manufacturer warranty being voided.
We take reasonable care and use established methods, and we always retain your original software so a vehicle can be reverted. That said, remapping involves altering how the engine is managed, and no reputable tuner can guarantee against every possible fault. In the vast majority of cases, yes. We keep a copy of your original software so the vehicle can be reverted to standard.
When carried out professionally and within a vehicle's safe operating tolerances, yes. We don't push vehicles beyond parameters we consider safe for the hardware. That said, all vehicles are different and no outcome can be 100% guaranteed, this is why suitability is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
