Common questions about the process
What if my car isn't suitable for a remap?
We check suitability before you book anything. If your vehicle isn't a good fit, we'll tell you before any work or payment, and there's no charge for the check.
Do I need to leave my car with you?
No. Most appointments are done while you wait, whether at our workshop or at your location. The remap itself takes up to 45 minutes.
What if my car has already been remapped by someone else?
Let us know when you send your vehicle details. Previously mapped, locked or checksum-modified ECUs may need correction work first, quoted separately before we proceed.
