When you submit the contact or suitability check form, we collect:

• +Vehicle registration, mileage, engine size, fuel type, gearbox
• +Warning light and previous remap history
• +Your name and contact number
• +Location details, if requesting a mobile appointment
• +Any additional notes you choose to provide

This information is used solely to assess whether your vehicle is suitable for the service requested, and to arrange and confirm your appointment, whether at our workshop or at your location. We do not use this data for marketing.

Enquiry data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database (Supabase). We do not currently share this data with any third party, CRM, or marketing platform.

We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action this promptly.

You have the right to:

• -Ask us to correct inaccurate data

• -Withdraw consent for us to hold your data at any time
